If returning items, please note the following policy and procedures:

All returned goods must be accompanied by an original invoice - or a PayPal receipt / invoice.

Please contact us if you do not have an invoice and we will provide you with a return number.

Returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee. (Restocking fee will be waived if a shipping error / mistake was made by our company).

Items must be returned within 60 days of original purchase.
If located in the United States, returned goods must be shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS).

Please do not return goods by UPS or FedEx as a brokerage / customs charge of $40 will be deducted from the refunded amount of your goods.

This is the main shipping warehouse - if you received your shipment from this warehouse (please look on your original packaging), you can send it back here. You MUST contact our Canadian warehouse first to receive a return number to send it the the US warehouse before returning parts.
